Registration

Successful domain registration via RCP or XML API or REST API requires:

Two or more nameservers or a nameserver group
Registrations are not real-time

Transfer

Domain transfer is requested via RCP or XML API or REST API requires.
Domain status is Active and unlocked.
Auth code - you can get your authorization code from your current registrar or from Key Retrieval option at: https://whois.nic.ly/public.jsp
Two or more nameservers must be configured.
