You can register a .sh domain through our API or control panel. This registration is real time and requires the following information:
- the domain's contact handles (owner, administrative, etc.)
- two or more nameservers or a nameserver group
A transfer is initiated with an authorization code which is provided by the current provider. The transfer is finished nearly realtime. The domain registration will be extended by a year.
Additional notes on a .sh transferThe first 60 days after a new registration or transfer, a domain cannot be transferred to another registrar again.

Owner change (trade)An owner change can be performed by updating the owner handle of the domain. This change is processed realtime.
Other updateAn contact update can be performed by updating the handle of the domain. This change is processed realtime.
DeleteA domain can be deleted manually. Deletion has to be done at least two days before renewal.
Restore / reactivateA domain can be restored using a restore domain command at the supplier. The domain can be renewed for 30 days after expiring.
