Successful domain registration requires:
- Trademark number
- Trademark creation date
- Trademark certificate issued according to Madrid System for the International Registration of Marks acting in Ukraine (abbreviation "UA" must be in the field 831 DESIGNATIONS)
- Certificate of Ukraine for the trademark or service mark issued by the central executive authority dealing with issues of legal protection of intellectual property
- Up to 24 hours of processing time
TIP .com.ua domains can be registered without a trademark certificate
Successful domain transfer requires:
- authorisation code
Transfer will be auto-approved after 5 days unless the current registrar explicitly approves or rejects the outgoing transfer.
In case of explicit approval, the transfer is finished immediately.

If the new registrar demands an authorization code, please contact our support department. They will "PREACK" the domain for outgoing transfer, retrieve the code and send it to you. The domain should be transferred within 2 weeks after getting the code.

To delete a .ua domain set its auto renew setting to Off.
