This article describes the procedures and requirements of .dz domain names.

Registration

Any request of registration has to pass by an approved registrar which submits on-line a file at the level of the NIC-DZ containing the following documents :

A request of registration signed by the ultimate owner of the domain name
A document justifying the choice of the domain name,witch contains;
A copy of the register of companies ( commercial entity) or;

A copy of the trademark filing to the INAPI (for the deposits of national names) or OMPI (for the deposits of international names) or;
A copy of the official decree of creation (association, organization, state organ,…)
In case of intermediary, a proxy emanating from the requesting organisation indicating the intermediary to take charge The operation of registering the domain name .
