- Authorization code field is empty for some domains in the CSV domain overview file
- No authorization code is listed in the domain's details
There is no one single reason why an authcode may not exist in Openprovider database, and therefore, on the Domain details page. The most common one - the domain was transferred in and the authorization code was reset by the registry.
When there are multiple domains with empty authcodes in the export, one can request them in bulk (if the procedure is supported by the registry) via requestAuthCodeDomainRequest API request.
The code can also be reset for individual domains on Domain management > Authorization code management page.
