How do I schedule validation call for Symantec?

For OV/EV validation in most cases Certificate Authority makes phone call during working hours but you also can schedule appropriate time for call using DigiCert Booking Center.
Please note you have to choose:

  • Weekend or working day ;
  • Date and call time ;
  • Order or Validation Number ;
  • Special Instructions (Optional) (if applicable) ;
  • Finally you will see exist record, able to be added to calendar.
