How to adjust email preferences

Email preferences page

This page lets each client manage the type of messages they want to receive from the system. All messages are sent to the billing contact. If no billing contact is present then messages go to the administrative contact.

Mandatory communication

These messages are always active 
• Financial and billing critical
• Membership and plan expiration
• Legal compliance and abuse alerts
• Renewal reminders
• Price changes and policy updates

Optional categories

Clients can enable or disable extra message types
• Operational notifications
• Platform updates and news
• Educational content
• Marketing and promotions
