This domain already exists in Openprovider but NOT active

This error (error code: 327) is typically returned when trying to perform an action on a non-active domain.

Example scenarios:
1. Trying to renew a domain via API that is in hard quarantine. Try restore request instead.

2. Trying to transfer a domain that expired under a different Openprovider reseller account. Only active domains can be transferred. Renew/restore the domain before attempting transfer.

3. Trying to request or reset auth code of an expired domain. Reactivate the domain if you would like to request or reset auth code of the domain.
