How often are renewal reminder send by email?
Answer
By default Openprovider will send you a message daily if one of the resellers products is going to be renewed or expires within the coming 28 days.
Please note : All timestamps are shown in CET (Central European Time).
The reseller can change this frequency by going to this page and selecting how often and on which days you want the expiration reminders.
Or via the menu Account > Settings > Auto-renew
The expiration reminders will be sent to the administrative contact in the resellers account.
