After the registration request is received, we will ask you for a business certificate. Based on the data on this certificate, we will create an application form.
The signed application form (to be signed by someone who is mentioned in the business certificate) needs to be sent by postal mail, along with an original, stamped business certificate, to the registry.
Note that those documents need to be at the registry within 30 days, otherwise the registration will time-out and the domain name will be blocked for registration for another 30 days.
A contract signed by the current domain owner is needed combined with a copy of the business certificate
This contract has to be be notarially certified.
Once the documents are deemed fine, they will be send to the NIC.bg for examination. If they confirm the documents, the ownerchange will be carried out.
