Do I get a refund if my Trademark Clearinghouse application is rejected?

Question

Do I get a refund if my Trademark Clearinghouse submission is rejected?

Answer

No. The fee is used for validation of the trademark and is not refunded if your trademark is deemed invalid. Note that you always have one opportunity to correct an invalid application during a period of 20 days. During the validation process, Openprovider will keep you informed about the options you have to correct your application.
