Can I get my remaining funds deposited back to me?

Certainly. If you want to get a part of your available funds back you can simply contact our support department for this.

Please include the following in your email to;

  • Account number
  • IBAN number
  • BIC number

Please note that due to the manual processing of this request, we will charge 25 Euro for this transaction which will be deducted from your deposit.
