If an email account owner wants to change the password of their account, it can be easily changed by following these simple steps:
Step 1: Open your web browser and navigate to https://mail.op-email.eu/
Step 2: Log in with the full email account name and password that was set via RCP (Reseller Control Panel) during email account creation or modification/edit.
Step 3: After logging in, click on the "Change password" link.
Step 4: Type a new password, re-enter the password, and then enter the current password to confirm the change.
Step 5: Log into webmail or email client with the new password.
Via RCP (Reset email account password)
Email account passwords can also be changed/reset via RCP (Reseller Control Panel) >> Email Accounts if the email account owner forgot/lost password.

- Click on the Edit button (Pencil icon) for the email account for which you need to change password.
- You will see a pop-up prompting to enter new password as shown below. Enter new password and repeat it in the following box.
- Finally, click on Update button to save the change.
Note: If an email user gets the error Wrong username or password with correct credentials (for freshly created email accounts or after changing the password from the Reseller Control Panel), they can easily gain access to the email account by changing the password as mentioned above.
