Upcoming price changes

Check the newsfeed in the control panel for an overview of upcoming domain price changes. You can find the newsfeed in the top right corner of the control panel.

Reminder about our payment system

Please be aware that our payment system works on a prepaid basis. You need to have enough funds in your account to purchase and/or renew domains and products.

To make sure your domains and products don't expire, we recommend using the balance threshold feature. By setting a threshold, your account will be topped up automatically when the balance goes below a certain point. To turn on this feature, log in to the control panel and go to Account → Financial → Recurring payment.
